a week agoOrdered from Unmatched for the first time, because the previous supplier isn't providing firewood, and I was disappointed with the quality of their wood from the last delivery. So happy I stumbled upon Unmatched. The delivery was fast - just within a few days of ordering (during what I imagine is a busier time for them), and there was good communication throughout the process - between confirming the order, estimating when I could expect delivery, and confirming when I would have delivery. The men stacked the wood exactly where I asked (even though it required a couple of steps and a 90 degree turn to get to my portico), and stacked it with precision and care. Most of all, the wood seems very dry, and burns well, delivering good heat and a wonderful ambiance. Will certainly consider Unmatched again for my future wood burning needs.
