2 weeks agoThe admissions process here is a serious red flag. I cannot get the Admissions Manager to return a single email, which is a major disservice to prospective students. This level of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and inexcusable. The program must be losing a lot of applicants to competitors who simply offer reliable communication.

4 months agoReturning to school after many years was not easy, especially with how much learning has changed since the early 2000s. Bay Area Medical Academy provided the support, structure, and professionalism I needed to succeed. The instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging, which made the transition back into education much smoother. I’m truly grateful for the skills and confidence I gained here.

4 months agoI had a good experience with my course and my professor was professional. BUT they are beyond unprofessional when it comes to administration staff, they will leave you on hold, redirect you to other people and end up hanging up the call, they take weeks to reply to your emails, externship guy doesn’t even remember about getting you placed somewhere, they’re not on top of giving your certificates and they won’t even give you one once you complete the course, they don’t get back to you in days sometimes weeks, nobody answers the phone calls or someone answers and redirects you to someone else and that someone else redirects you to another person and so on. They keep you on hold for ever, they make you call and call and call just to try to get a hold of them. All of this is extremely frustrating when you’re trying to get things done on your end and they are being NO HELP at all. I recommend you find another program unless you want to stress out during this process.
