a month agoLe Petit Baleen has been wonderful for my 4 year old son. He came in scared of the water after a bad experience elsewhere, and the first class was tough—but the staff were amazing. They comforted him, stayed with him 1:1, and helped him feel safe. Six months later, he jumps in confidently, kicks through the water, and looks forward to every class. We’re so grateful for the caring team here. Highly recommend, especially for kids who are anxious about swimming!

3 months agoI have been taking my son to swimming classes here for over a year. While the experience started out well, recently the frequent teacher changes have become a big problem. The real issue is that substitute teachers don’t know his strengths or weaknesses. As a result, any progress he makes is quickly erased because each new teacher starts over without knowing what he has already learned or what he still needs to work on. For the most part of the past year, I would give a 5 star. But due to recent experiences, I will give a 3 star.

4 months agoA couple stars for easy parking and overall well kept and child-friendly facility (changing stations, toys, etc). However in the three months we were here, we had three different teachers - made it hard to create a good relationship which was disappointing as we were just trying to get our toddler comfortable in water. When I asked our most recent teacher for more specific feedback on what to work on to advance our toddler’s comfort level and swimming, she responded with avoiding gentle parenting (what does that mean??) and was unable to answer my question about what the goals of class were. She also couldn’t describe what the next swim level was. For the membership we pay I would expect teachers to understand the swim levels offered, goals, expectations, trained teaching/feedback. The online system is not very easy to use, especially for make up classes.

5 months agoWe have two kids - six years old and three years old, in here that did not know how to swim. We’ve seen such progress since they have been here! All the teachers and the staff members are great. We have had teacher Litzy, Brandon, and Ariana, and all are great in their own way.
