I looked for a new gym membership and went there with a day pass. The employee who “welcomed” me was very unprofessional and unfriendly. He showed me around the gym but didn’t care what I had to say. He repeatedly said that we need to follow the process. I was shocked and thought about leaving right away. But I thought I give it a chance. The equipment was old and some important machines were missing. There was also not much variety. I chose another gym.

Terrible service at front desk and the policies about a referral. I bring my referral and the alwant to charge me 25. Even when my membership suppoustly including friends. Avoid this place

I am a regular member of Crunch Fitness Yerba Buena. My phone broke a few days ago. When you log in to the Crunch app on a new phone, it shows a 30-day lock and does not let you log in. Earlier I used to check in with my name and mobile number, and there was never any problem. Today the front desk staff spoke to me very rudely and behaved as if I was a thief, even after I gave my name and number. They demanded my ID. The manager was standing right there watching and said nothing, even though he knows I am a regular customer. Very disappointing. Members deserve respect.

I wish this gym stayed open later like their Daly City and San Mateo locations. Also, the Sauna here isn't as hot as Daly City and they seem to turn it off well before closing time. Otherwise the gym is overall fine for the price.
