in the last weekNo shuttle, there was no backup driver. Go to a hotel that actually knows how to schedule staff if you plan an airport ride.

2 weeks agoNever i repeat NEVER book over the phone these Hilton people are liars and then they want to charge you for parking per night ! They are money hungry with awful service! Even towards their own honors members! Just sad! Hilton is going down hill!

a month agoLobby area was very busy and crowded, which I bypassed using the digital key option through the Hilton app. The rooms are very spacious, super clean, have very comfy beds, hot showers with decent pressure, 2 tvs and all the kitchen goodies needed to stay in and cook in! I did not have any contact with any staff so I can't comment, but they looked professional and interacted well with other guests. Thank you having me and looked forward to staying again!
