a week agoGood care, terrible operation. I purposely booked an early appointment to mitigate their notorious delays. Nope. 9:30AM appointment, 40 minute wait to see the tech, then another 40 minute wait to see the doctor. They claimed that they were instituting a new room-assignment system. But, again, this is not the first time I've had a long wait. Ditto for my wife who also goes there. Is this a greed-overbooking problem? My wife and I are both happy with the quality of care and will continue with BV but geesh...
