9 months agoJake's Car Wash - Poor value and declining service Jake's has tripled their prices over the past 3-4 years without any facility improvements to justify the increases. Consistent problems include: •Frequent shortages of soaps and foams •Inconsistent water pressure (automatic wash) •Inadequate undercarriage wash that misses the rear of vehicles (automatic wash) •Broken equipment (dryer was out yesterday - automatic wash) •Card reader issues •Untrained staff who can't properly apply advertised discounts like Ladies Tuesday I kept hoping service would improve, but it hasn't. Even with discounts, the poor quality and price increases make this car wash not worth it.
