AAA Furniture Repair Service

My husband was just telling the story the way I told him he may have gotten a few things wrong but Steve not being able to move the furniture without help is 100% true I kept telling him I can't help. I was never in his way he needed my help , he told me when and where to push a nice man who could not do the job. He was not at my home for 2 hours more like 1 hour and told me what to do to fix it after he could not, if it was so easy he should have done what he told me to do. I was shocked at the $325.00 for and hour and tons of my help without anything being fixed. I feel robbed and I hurt myself for nothing . He did not even address the reason I called him out he decided to go a different way and at the end when I asked about the bent piece which is what I called him for he said he did not know. People who had good outcome with him your lucky. Steve to say I got in your way is a lie and you know it you over charged me for an hour of me helping you move the sofa over and back over and back. I could have had a couple friends unroll the area rug for free where I would not have spent the next 3 days in pain. You really should give me a partial refund which I know you won't.

Before Steve came to look at my recliner couch I told him it was too heavy for one person to move and he should bring help. He stated "I have been doing this for 42 years and always work alone". I acknowledged the service charge of $125.00. When he arrived and tried to move the couch, he was unable. He stated this is the heaviest couch I have ever come across. I am disabled and recovering from shoulder surgery. I told him I could not assist in any way. He pressed for my help so I did. Over 45 minutes of turning & flipping the couch which I ended up doing most of the work. Steve told me he is 70 years old. Maybe he could work alone 30 years ago but not today. He finally admitted he could not fix the couch and gave me a bill for $350.00! I was in pain for 3 days after and my recliner still does not work. I feel robbed. Do not hire this man to fix your furniture!

We were especially more than pleased with Steve and his professionalism and knowledge of his craft. Steve expertly repaired our love seat recliner to better than new condition. I highly recommend AAA furniture and will refer this company and Steve without hesitation.

I contacted AAA furniture service to repair a recliner and I received nothing of service just a ridiculous charge of $125.00 just to tell me that He can't fix it or He does not have the parts. He said he does that all the time and that he is been in business for over 40 years. His name is Steve. This is unacceptable and unreasonable. He is unfair and unprofessional. Be aware.

Before even coming out; returned my call and determined the nature of the problem to be more expensive than replacement, and cautioned against. Impressed by the honesty, and would recommend because of that kind of professionalism.
