in the last weekFun for kids for sure. Got the unlimited play and it was great for them. Problem came when we went to order food. We waited over an hour for a pizza. I went up to the counter and just asked for a refund since I have a 4&5 year old that we’re getting grumpy and I wanted to go somewhere else. I was told that the could not do a refund and then they proceeded to hand me a random pizza that I don’t order and had been sitting in the warmer for at least 30 minutes. They were trying to track down “my ticket” and they never found it. Needless to say I got a random old pizza that I ended up just throwing away and just took the kids elsewhere. They didn’t seem to care about helping or correcting the situation.

a week agoI want to shout out to the Manager Lynnette, she made our experience, over the top amazing. She saw my daughter was sad, stopped to ask me if she was okay. She gave my daughter a wonderful surprise to cheer her up, she far exceeded any expectations I could have. Additionally, Air City 360 is clean and well taken care of. Kids were never trampoling other kids, the section for ages 1-6 is really only kids that age. I saw people walking around cleaning the entire time we were there. We would absolutely come back again.

a week agoAir City 360 is hands down one of the best family entertainment spots in Colorado Springs. Is it a bit on the higher end price-wise? Yes—but it’s consistent with similar places, and the quality and variety make it worth it. The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, which immediately sets it apart. From start to finish, the atmosphere was energetic but well-managed, making it enjoyable for both kids and adults. Management also handled a small issue efficiently and professionally, which speaks volumes about how the place is run. Overall: excellent staff, clean facilities, great activities, and solid value. We’ll absolutely be coming back and would recommend Air City 360 to anyone looking for a fun, well-run experience.
