    Beware, this business is totally unethical. When the technician arrived, he originally quoted me a price of $700 to repair a tear in my leather sofa. Minutes later he increased that quote to $900 with no explanation. I asked him if the price including transportation and he said yes. The next day, he increased the quote another $200 for transportation! To make matters worse, he incorrectly identified my expensive top grain leather sofa as being made out of leatherette. A competent technician would certainly be able to tell the difference. Unbelievable! On top of all of this, when I complained to the corporate office, I was told to "watch my language and have some respect." Stay far away from this place!

    Amazing team of professional from call to visit all were handled professionally and my signed now like new mechanism replaced and all fixed very fairly they even had mechanism in stock delivered installed same day - bravo. Highly recommend

    Go somewhere else. Stunningly, shockingly, mind-bogglingly incompetent service. It would be less frustrating, and a better deal, to set a couple hundred bucks on fire and then do it yourself. The guy had never installed the wall mounted bookcase we got, which is fine, but then he refused to read the directions or watch an installation video I took the time to find for him. He then was adamant that we had the wrong furniture and it shouldn't be installed despite him never having installed it before and it very clearly EXACTLY matching the written directions he refused to read and video directions he refused to watch. When I eventually convinced him to just try anyway, he drilled the hanging screws in the wall too high despite me explicitly pointing out that he was going too high. After it was undeniable that I was right because the bookshelf was literally hanging off the wall half an inch above the floor, it took longer than you'd expect to convince him to lower the screws. At this point it was clear I wasn't going to be able to do any of my own work (which was why I hired them to do this in the first place). For the rest of the installation, every step was me telling him what had to happen (because I read the directions and watched the video), him saying why it wouldn't work (because he hadn't read the directions or watched the video), me saying to try it anyway, him eventually trying it, and it working. I will say the final installation looks nice. I just wish I didn't feel like I deserved so much of the credit. The next day, when telling the company about these issues they waved it away as if it was nothing but miscommunication, so it seems like the problem is with the actual business and management, not one service person Also we hired two professional installer, and got one guy who was resistant to following the directions of the people who made the furniture, and his son (18 or so I'd guess). And look, I'm not here to criticize children, I'm sure he's a great kid (and honestly I even liked the installer guy despite having to cajole him into doing the job), but I definitely did more work installing it than the son did. And I'm not against having less skilled workers on jobs, I've had entry level positions that gave me time to learn and develop, but it is WILD this company charged us the full rate for two professional installers. You almost have to respect that level of commitment to poor service.
