Every dish was decadent from the middle course to the dessert. Highly recommend. I wish I could have licked each plate clean!

The concept (focus on local sources and ingredients, hospitality-included price) attracted me to book a reservation for my and my partner's last dinner on our trip to Minneapolis. The atmosphere and taste of the dishes created an upscale experience; the only dish that seemed unbalanced was the "Crispy Mung Bean Griddle Cakes" (Asian ingredients all have distinct personalities, so it takes a deft hand to balance them to be harmonious vs. cacophonous). Our server was professional, genuine, and friendly. The main disruptor to our otherwise pleasant experience was biting down on what was a small broken piece of gray plastic in the beet "rillette." We showed it to our server with a sincere request to show it to the kitchen staff to discover the cause and ensure mindfulness for dishes they will serve to customers going forward; she apologized, took the $5pp bread course cost off our bill, and said the prep team wasn't onsite but that she would share the feedback. It's a lovely restaurant that I hope will focus on ensuring that their operational execution is as elevated as the concept, and continue to thrive.
