a month agoWhat a wonderful dentist office, from calling in, to the dental assistant, to the dentist, they were really nice and friendly. I’m from out of town and I felt like I’ve been going to this dentist office all my life. I had an emergency dental issue, a filling fell out. I was able to get a same day appointment and get it fixed in no time. I could have fallen asleep in the chair since they were so gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks to all of you there. You made this a really enjoyable experience. Yep an enjoyable dentist experience

3 months agoIn my 60+ years on this planet, I have never been more impressed by a medical practice of any kind. The profesionals at Arvada Dental Excellence truly CARE about their patients, and it shows in every aspect of their practice. From the warm and welcoming service you'll receive from the ladies at the front desk to the gentle and nurturing cleanings you'll get from their hygentists, to the extraordinary results that I've personally experienced from all three of their dentists (Ganong, Kammer, and Norton) and a remarkable dental assistant named Dawn, this is how dentistry is supposed to be in America. 3 months agoI came in because I needed a tooth extracted. The fiance person talked through pricing and told me my insurance doesnt cover implants (which she said was pretty normal). She then started to sell me in their $6,500 package deal and gave me a breakdown showing that even if my insurance would cover implants it would still be $7,500, so the package deal was really a good offer. I went to another office to get a second opinion and a sense of pricing. I told the other office I understood my insurance did not cover implants and the finace person said that my insurance did cover 30% of the cost of an implant and wasn't sure why anyone would tell me otherwise. I actually went to a third office that also verified implants were covered at 30% under my plan. Arvada Dental Excellence was recommended by a friend who had a very positive experience, and their other reviews make me wonder if my experience was a one off, but their finance representative said multiple times I had no implant coverage, which just seems very strange in hindsight. I had the procedure done at another office.

4 months agoI'm disappointed with the availability of Dr Gangon. He's only in office 3 days a week. I had to reschedule an appointment and was pushed back over 5 weeks. Additionally, I've had a couple instances where my appointments had to be pushed back due to Dr Gangon being on vacation. I think this practice could benefit from having an additional Dr to fill the gaps in availability and prevent the schedule from backlogging so heavily.
