2 months agoDon’t question if you’re getting an equivalent of a “kiln dried” chord after you stack it and find it doesn’t add up, and you end up with “pile of scrap” (I’m not purchasing scrap)…you’ll be told they weigh it - first time I was told this..“was unaware they had truck scales” anyway, I was placed on the no delivery list when I simply was trying to make sense of how they compensate for the scrap & 16-18” logs when stacked… Can’t call and discuss matters as they’ve don’t accept incoming phone calls on the business line as they did a couple years ago… If I only emailed customers, I’d have none Have met Scott during a delivery where we freely discussed the concern whereby he mentioned his desire to offer 24” logs… Stack it and be done… no iffy math… I’ve never posted a review… but felt compelled in hopes of opening conversation … Chris

2 months agoScott and Crystal were incredibly friendly and professional and helped us get hold of the highest quality kiln dried hardwood we’ve ever used. It burns beautifully and has a very low moisture content as advertised, for a reasonable price. I am so grateful that we passed by and discovered them. We will be buying all of our firewood from here in future - thank you!
