The owner-chef learned gelato making under Manuele, the owner-chef of Chicceria, which is ranked among the top 30 gelato shops in Italy, and opened his own shop in Yamagata in 2017. I bought it at the Yamagata Prefecture Kahoku Lifestyle Shop in Sangenjaya. The Japanese chestnut ice cream was delicious.

It's a shame that there are fewer gelato flavors in the summer. The Flotta might be tastier if the coffee jelly were softer. I'm not interested in the granita. I'm looking forward to the autumn flavors and will go again.

The place is located within the grounds of a sports park. It was great to be able to choose from a variety of gelato flavors. The gelato was smooth and delicious! 🌈
