I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out to me was the incredible service from the office manager. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find the right unit for my needs, and made sure I was completely comfortable before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that these days. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage with exceptional customer service!

The people that work here are really great. When I initially called to get a storage unit, the woman who answered was very knowledgeable, very polite, and just so helpful, which you don’t always get when calling a business. I needed a second unit and the gentleman who answered the phone was also so helpful. He was there when I actually went to the units to put stuff in them and he remembered me ordering a second unit and he knew exactly where my units were and showed me where they were, told me where the best place to park was for the easiest access. All around pretty good experience.
