1 month agoThe facility is clean, customer service is top notch, security is visible and I love the app for the gate. I cannot say enough about Tammy, her professionalism and willingness to make sure everything was perfect was a pleasant surprise. She was eager to show us the unit we were looking for and made the entire process easy. I had been looking at several different storage companies over the past few weeks and none of them have the personal attention that Tammy gave. I am very happy with my experience with Extra Space Storage and this location. I feel safe going here and know that a person is on site during the business hours with security cameras everywhere. I’ve met several tenants so far and everyone is polite as well. A great place to store your items.

1 month agoAs I mentioned to the attendant - Tammy - I was only supposed to rent storage for no more than 3 months. Alas, my years here have been very satisfying. Access to my unit was easy and always without any issues. If in the future I require storage needs, Extra Space will be my go to. Also, Tammy was very helpful and pleasant during my checkout. Keep up the good work.

2 months agoMrs. Tammy has been nothing but the best to me since I've been using this storage company. She's very understanding and willing to work with you. She's never been rude or nasty not one time. She's very pleasant and easy to work with. Property is always clean and easy to access. I would definitely suggest them to anyone. If you need assistance with getting a unit go by and see Mrs. Tammy!

2 months agoI have been looking on line for storage for a few days. The prices keep fluctuating, and I didn't want to drive to far trying to save money to spend it on gas. While driving I noticed the sign Extra Space. When I walked in the lady Tammy was on the phone but still she acknowledged us said one moment. Then she started helping me with my storage needs. Tammy offered to checked other locations and did, That's great customer service. I watched her treat everyone that came in the same way, while I was deciding which unit I needed. I rented from this location. I feel good about my experience at this location. Thanks Tammy God bless.
