Sandy was an absolute pleasure to work with—extremely attentive, organized, and committed to ensuring my application process went smoothly. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a seamless transition. Big shoutout to Eddy as well—he gave me a great tour when I moved in and was incredibly friendly and thorough. Overall, every staff member I’ve interacted with so far has been warm, helpful, and easy to talk to.

2 weeks agoHighwater apartment is great, but after moving out in November, I’m still owed my deposit after more than 6 weeks. They finalized the refund amount, and said they will share the disbursement link 1 month ago. I have emailed Greystar repeatedly and there’s no reply, and I can’t seem to reach anyone. Really disappointing experience that tarnish our experience at Highwater

a month agoGreat clubhouse! Guest parking is a nightmare. That's the only parts of the complex I saw as I was attending a holiday party.

2 months agoLived here 2 years and couldn’t recommend more. Best building in the peninsula by far. Fantastic amenities and quality. Specifically want to shout out HERNAN for being amazing and keeping the building in top shape at all times. Truly top tier.
