a week agoFriendly staff. The room was very clean and quiet the entire stay. The kitchen made it easy to prepare quick meals. The beds were so comfortable, and had a luxurious feel to them. You also get a pretty good breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay with them again.

a week agoSo bad it was almost comical. The service folks were quite nice though, which is the sole is reason I gave it 2 stars. Room was disgusting. So dirty. All pans/pots available for cooking, silverware, and dishes were filthy dirty with food still stuck to them. The spoon I was given for cooking was melted, and flaking apart, if you used it, it would absolutely add microplastic seasoning to your food. I'm so glad I prepared my food in advance, because cooking in this place was absolutely not an option. The burners barely worked to heat anything. They furnished no bowls for eating food... only plates, and no sponge to wash your dishes with. I had to go to the store to buy my own. The top cover blanket on the bed had several large holes in it, and was so scratchy and uncomfortable -- it stayed on the floor for my entire stay. The mattress was as hard as a rock, and hurt my shoulder - I woke up sore every morning. The couch was even harder -- I'm a plus sized person, and the couch didn't even dent at my weight. The hand soap and lotion at the sink were incrusted and filthy, and the toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels were all single-ply. The whole room was so bad that I inspected the mattress and bed coverings for bedbugs before I went to sleep. If you're wanting to stay here so you can cook, don't. Bite the bullet and get that AirBNB.
