What can I say...it is a marvelous and mysterious place filled with the most massive of trees- the mighty and ancient redwoods. I had moments feeling like I was on the forest planet Kashyyyk, where the wookiees live on their homeworld and others like if Bigfoot excited this is where he would feel at home and where one can look in any direction and have their eyes play tricks on them on whether they saw anything other than the forrest terrain that looks like something out of Jurassic Park. One thing is for certain; it is a beautiful area full of very manageable trails. Just make sure you stay on them- and if all else fails, head for a body of water or where you can hear vehicles. Play safe and have fun! This country holds so many amazing natural treasures.

We just came from Redwood National park (Tall Trees hike), and the Humboldt Redwoods are every bit as majestic.
