a week agoYou get what you pay for. Rents are cheap up front but they have a shared utility model where you pay based on your floors usage so expect an extra $200-$350 per month. In general they stack charges when possible. Almost half of our initial deposit was taken to repaint our unit, even though we left after 3 months… Oh and the elevator in our building (Middlefield tower) was down for 2 months straight. Management team is friendly and helpful though, it’s just a shoddy property.

3 weeks agoIndigo apartments are nice and luxurious. I really appreciate the attentive staff. I want to call out Jose, amazing maintenance guy, gives timely updates and takes great care of your apartment. Nice amenities are great but not having to stress when something goes wrong in your apartment is even better.
