2 weeks agoI absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and affordable towing! Migual was very nice, he helped me in the pouring rain when my engine blew. Most tow trucks take about 2-3 hours at night while raining, JM towing was there in 25 minutes or less. I used them the following day to tow my car to an autoshop, it was same amazing service!!! Also I could not go with the driver to drop my car off because I had class, they were still able to tow it for me and drop the car off safely. 10/10!!!

2 weeks agoI called all morning trying to find an available and affordable roadside assistance and/or tow. I called JM and didn’t get an answer. Someone called me back within 30 seconds. He agreed to both jump my battery AND tow if it didn’t work without a bunch of extra fees. The quote was over 65% less than others. A truck arrived in less than 15 minutes - in the pouring rain. The battery jump failed so the car was towed to the mechanic. The entire encounter was surprisingly stress-free and pleasant.
