a week agoWorst customer service ever had socks visible seen had the socks on the counter when we checked out entered the jump area and 20 minutes we’re told we had to buy their socks. Mind you they already seen them when we checked out and paid. Then pretty much said if we didn’t buy their socks we couldn’t jump and they were kicking us out. Ran by all little teenagers that are disrespectful and have no clue about customer service. We will not be returning to this facility. Would go to altitude or Urban air

a week agoIt’s ok. I think they are a bit overpriced for what you get but the kids do have fun and enjoy.

2 weeks agoI visited this place with my children and brought the socks that are required for the inflatables. It is the worst place, because they took my children off the inflatables, and they told my 2-year-old daughter that she had to get out and buy new socks, which were the same ones she was already wearing. Then the rude manager came over and told me that my children could not go back on the inflatables until I bought new socks. I find it abusive and racist that they removed my children this way after we paid for 1 1/2 hours. We ended up leaving half an hour after entering, even though I bought the new socks. We didn’t feel like staying, and we will not return to this place. I do not recommend it due to the lack of respect, especially when there were many children with different socks who were allowed to stay without being removed. It doesn’t seem fair to me.

a month agoWe used to LOVE this place. We'd bring all the kids, and the moms would order a few pizzas and have some "Mom drinks." This place is NOT fun anymore. I mean, yeah, the kids still enjoy the bounce houses, but I, as the mom, can no longer have a "Mommy drink" if I wear a parental wristband (only to get my child if they get hurt or when we need to leave). I chose to let the wristband go so I could sit and enjoy myself on my Friday night. After about an hour and 15 minutes, I went to get another drink and was told I was "done after that" because, as an adult, you're only allowed two drinks the entire time you're here. To be honest, as a paying customer and someone who wants to support this business as well as enjoy the beginning of my weekend, I can think of a half-dozen other places I'd rather support. Yeah, letting the kids have fun comes first, but when you don't cater to the parents who are spending the money and time sitting there (in REALLY uncomfortable chairs) watching the kids, how do you really expect to be somewhere the parent consistently brings the family?
