There are exactly 1,073 steps from the bottom to the bunker. On the right rail, starting from the bottom, the numbers are written as 1, 50, 100, 150... 950, 1,000, 1,050, 1,073, 1,100, 1,141. Check the numbers as you climb to the top. The total number of steps on the Coco Head Trail is 1,141. 1,073 steps from the bottom to the bunker (Steps 1 to 1,073) 7 steps connecting the rails (Steps 1,074 to 1,080) 61 steps from the bunker to the summit (Steps 1,081 to 1,141) There is a number 1,141 written at the end of the right rail near the summit. It is fun to go up while checking the numbers.
