a week agoOur experience was great. I didn’t have to ask any questions because our host kept me informed and notified the whole time of what was happening and how things worked. She was incredible it made the entire experience even better!

a week agoThe kids did have a great time! However, the room was very small for our guests. I feel since we are required to pay for adults attending there should be a bigger space to accommodate all the guest. We were 40 people squeezed into a small room and there were not enough seats for the guests to sit and eat. Our host was very nice but I was not happy with the space. The party rooms are way too small. They should accommodate their guests especially when you pay an additional fee for the adults. Even though the room next to us was not being used they did not give it to me and asked for additional money. I also asked to have all the extra food packed up. When it was time to leave they had thrown out all the food and the remaining cake. One of the staff members saw me asking and although our host felt bad with what had happened another staff member was laughing. My daughters birthday is in January and I was considered having her birthday there but after today I was disappointed. The place itself is not very clean.overall I give them a 3 only because our host tried her best to make everything work.
