LEGOLAND California

Honestly after going to Disneyland it was a let down. The rides weren't very good and they where very understaffed which was obvious and confirmed by several employees without us asking. We met another couple that stayed at the hotel and they said an employee there said the same thing. They have a lot to learn about line management. We will not be returning. Just not worth the cost.

I have stayed at Legoland Hotel 4 times now, and I don’t feel like I ever had so many issues as I did on my last stay. They charged me $40/night for parking, automatically after checkout, but never asked me if I had a car, which I did not, and now they say there is nothing I can do to prove I didn’t have a car. There was also issues with upgrading to get another day in the park as you only get a 2-day park hopper ticket even if staying 3 nights, they said I could upgrade to an annual pass for my 3rd day, but failed to tell me it was one of 80! Blackout days. They did fix that by offering me a day ticket at no cost, but I had to get back in the guest services line. The drink machines at breakfast and at the buffet dinners were constantly empty, and the always problem of the wave pool in the waterpark being closed until June but not making that obvious anywhere when booking or even entering the waterpark. I love Legoland, but it really felt less fun this time due to the issues mentioned above.
