A terrible experience right before my birthday. I came in with a reference photo of THEIR OWN WORK and specifically asked for natural-looking, wispy lashes, exactly like the ones in the picture. After TWO HOURS, I opened my eyes and was absolutely horrified. Instead of the delicate, natural lashes I had requested, I had huge, uneven, doll-like lashes that looked nothing like the reference. I was honestly embarrassed to even walk outside looking like that. I immediately told the technician how unhappy I was and asked her to remove them. Her response? She had another client, so I had to sit there and wait until she finished that appointment before she could remove my lashes. I sat there crying. During the removal process, several of my natural lashes were pulled out, leaving noticeable gaps that were visible even when I applied mascara. I spent FIVE HOURS at this salon, and all they did was refund my money. No compensation for the wasted time or the damage to my natural lashes. What makes this even more upsetting is that this was my first time getting lash extensions, and I had booked the appointment to feel beautiful for my birthday. Instead, I lost an entire day, didn’t have time to make my birthday cake as planned, and left with damaged lashes and a ruined mood. It’s been six months, and I still remember how awful this experience was. I was too upset and overwhelmed to write a review at the time, but I believe other potential clients deserve to know what happened.

Got my brows laminated a few weeks ago by Kana and she did a great job! This was my first time getting lamination done and I would definitely do it again. I wanted a more natural look but I think I can make it look more fluffy if I want. I have a more sparse patch on my left eyebrow so Kana pulled down the hairs a little there to fill it in.

Honestly the best lash lift and tint in the city. It’s never damaged my lashes and all the staff are really nice. Make sure to write down the shape you pick for the lash lift (I didn’t once and ended up selecting the wrong one at a subsequent appointment). Takes 1-1.5 hrs and you can’t get lashes wet for 24 hrs, so you do need to plan accordingly. But results are incredible.
