2 weeks agoVery disappointing experience. I Bought my daughter a gift card for the lux spa treatment for Christmas. She wanted me to go with her so we did a side by side experience. Very expensive spa treatment, which I don’t mind paying if it comes with a relaxing upscale spa environment. The location vibe felt very low budget. It’s not a relaxing spa-like environment at all. The staff was nice although one of the girls was fussing at the other girl in front of us about how the room was set up. The description of the package we bought was not necessarily what we received. The package said it included infrared body wrap when in reality, no products were placed on your skin but you wrapped a white bed sheet around you and then you laid in a zipper bag that was like a heated sleeping bag of sorts that they lined with a legit clear plastic trash bag. So while they are doing your hair spa you are baking in a hot pocket with a sheet and plastic bag sticking to you while profusely sweating. Our treatment was 90min and we were in that hot bag for approximately 60 min of it! It was so miserable you couldn’t really enjoy the head spa part of it. Overall disappointing. Will not recommend. For the amount of money it cost for the treatment it should be a way more upscale vibe and way more effort it making it relaxing and enjoyable.
