in the last weekThe clam chowder in the sourdough bowl was amazing. We also enjoyed the lobster roll and the Dungeness crab appetizer. Coleslaw was perfect and I am very picky when it comes to coleslaw - very light on the mayonnaise and had a good crisp and slight sweetness to it. Overall, really happy. Great meal, casual place with lots of tables and views of the ocean, which is across the street. Will come again when I am in the Malibu area.

in the last weekMalibu Seafood is a small and casual seafood restaurant located along the road by Malibu Beach. It has several outdoor tables and a wide selection of fish cooked in different ways. I was very hungry, so I ordered the Seafood Combo & Fries, with a large piece of fried fish, calamari, shrimp, and scallops, all served on top of french fries. It was my first time trying fried scallops, and they were delicious. Special mention for the calamari rings: the best I’ve ever had in my life. Extremely soft and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended after a day at the beach… but also perfect even without a beach day.
