3 years agoWe ordered a hog from a local farmer, Kulick Family Farm. They used T.A. Mobile Meat Processing. I can not say enough good things about the service we received! The package of all the meat was outstanding, just as we asked for on the cut sheet! Oh and the thick cut bacon! It is twice as thick as any other thick cut I have ever seen. The breakfast sausage is delicious! Of course we had to have both this morning, when we just picked up the meat yesterday. Oh and the pick up process, was simple! He called and let me know when the meat would be ready we set up a day and time. I showed up, rang the bell and he brought the boxes out to my vehicle. I had a few questions after I picked up the meat, messaged him and he answered with in 15 minutes. Awesome customer service. Wonderful butchering and processing of the meat we received! Thank you

3 years agoWe had a Scottish Highland steer to butcher. The guys were awesome! So friendly and easy to talk with. Everything went pretty smooth, considering it rained the day before, and they were working outside. They are more than accommodating for us wanting a longer hang time, which is fantastic! When they bring our meat back, they're gonna butcher one of our pigs. So happy to find a mobile butcher so we no longer have to stress ourselves and the animals! Will definitely be using these guys for future animals!!
