10 months agoThe worst management. Be ready to lose all your money. No street parking or guest parking. I still don't understand the math behind utility bill calculations.

a year agoDO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off at the end. To begin management does not care to help. He will take his time to fix the problem, if so. Will give excuses such as, he is managing a lot of apartments, doesn’t have time, will blame you for not continuing to check in with him. Mind you, something would take weeks to get fixed. He will apply the handbook to you but does not respect the rules himself. The studio is a great size but not worth the headache. Many things aren’t updated or fixed. Water and garbage run about $150 a month and It’ll stay the same whether you use little or not. That’s not including PG&E. Very expensive for the lack of care on management side. The company and management do not care about tenants.

3 years agoSingle studio rent for $2100/mo, approx 600 square feet. Cost of rent is not bad, but water/garbage is always $110-120/month regardless if you leave on vacation and never use the water or have your water on 24 hours a day (for a single tenant, not sure if it would cost more with a family). Security deposit is $500. They will charge you apartment cleaning for $140 regardless if you keep the place well-kept or not. Only 3 washers and 4 driers in the entire complex. $2to wash, another $2 to dry. Only one parking carport per apartment and there is no street parking. No pets allowed. Location is on busy Jefferson and El Camino so there are always fire truck sirens and car noises 24 hours a day. not worth it the manager never there punch of lies worst experience ever do not live there you will regret it
