in the last weekThe food was exceptional from start to finish, and you can really taste the care and quality in every dish. My personal favorite was the red bean buns. They were perfect and honestly one of the best things I’ve had in a long time. I also want to give a special thank you to Jabin for his exceptional service and kindness. He was so welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great food and great service like that make all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back.

in the last weekI had the most wonderful experience at Paradise Dynasty inside Bloomingdale’s at South Coast Plaza, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. I decided to sit at the bar for a solo dinner while waiting for my husband, and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the manager, Felix. He made me feel so comfortable and taken care of right away it truly set the tone for the entire night. Dakota, the bartender, was just as incredible. He was prompt, attentive, and consistently checked in on me without ever being overbearing. The level of service I received from both of them was easily some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Felix also suggested the prawn and pork spicy wontons and let me just say, they were absolutely incredible. Honestly, some of the best wontons I’ve had in a long time, and I don’t say that lightly. I’m a bit of a wonton connoisseur and have tried many spots in the Garden Grove and Westminster dim sum scene, and these truly stood out. I also had the Singapore Sling along with a few mixed drinks, and wow every single one was out of this world. The Singapore Sling in particular was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. And that’s saying a lot, because I’ve traveled and had this drink in Singapore itself. This version truly impressed me. The food overall was just as amazing as the service. Everything I tried was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. I’ve had Din Tai Fung multiple times, and while I know there’s a location nearby in the mall, Paradise Dynasty completely exceeded my expectations in both quality and overall experience. What really stood out to me, though, was how genuinely welcomed I felt. Dining alone can sometimes feel a little awkward, but not here. Felix and Dakota made it such a memorable night, and I’ll always remember this experience. It meant a lot to me, and it’s the kind of kindness and hospitality I hope to pass on to my own customers. If you’re deciding where to go, I truly encourage you choose Paradise Dynasty. You won’t regret it.
