Every soak feels like therapy, it’s become my little sanctuary after long days. The spa is powerful, beautiful, and so easy to maintain. I also have to give a huge thank you to Mario from the repair team. When I had a small issue after installation, he came out quickly, fixed everything perfectly, and took the time to explain what happened so I could feel confident using it. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared that I was happy with my spa. It’s rare to find service this good anymore. I couldn’t be more grateful and would recommend Paradise Valley Spas San Mateo to anyone looking for a little everyday luxury and peace of mind. 💆♀️💧

a month agoMy husband and I bought a Sundance spa from Paradise Valley Spas in San Mateo the other month and had a great experience! Mark helped us pick the perfect model, the installation was smooth, and the spa has been amazing. I was worried about high maintenance but it is actually really manageable. We also got a free kit with our purchase and we followed the instructions Julia gave us- super straightforward. I highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a hot tub!

a month agoI rarely write reviews, but Sundance Spas absolutely earned this one. From the moment I walked in, their customer service was on another level—genuine, helpful, and zero pressure. They took the time to walk me through all the options, answered every question, and made the whole process surprisingly easy. On top of that, their pricing is the best I’ve found in the entire SF Bay Area. I did my homework and shopped around… nobody else came close. They were upfront, honest, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. If you’re thinking about a new spa or hot tub, skip the runaround and just go to Sundance. Great people, great service, and unbeatable value. Highly recommend!

The jets are powerful, the seats are super comfortable, and maintenance has been way easier than I expected. Setup and delivery were smooth too 👍 Highly recommend if you’re on the fence! 💦🔥
