We love this place! They keep it clean and keep the open jump prices amazingly reasonable. If we lived closer, we would get a pass! I love that they update the structures as needed. They definitely put a lot of care into this place.

My name is Cynthia Guzman, and I attended my grandson David Aguilar’s birthday party at your facility. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I received, as well as the overall condition and service at your establishment. During our visit, I was told by the manager, Jillian, that I was required to wear the socks provided by the venue in order to participate in the party. I informed her that I have rheumatoid arthritis and wear special socks for medical reasons. Despite explaining my condition, she refused to accommodate me and showed no consideration for my medical needs. Her response was unprofessional and you should know there’s law that support people with disabilities. Additionally, my eldest son overheard Jillian and her staff speaking about me in a derogatory manner while he was signing in, which I find completely unacceptable. The quality of the party itself was also disappointing. The pizza served was cold and unappetizing, which was embarrassing for our guests. The restrooms were in a deplorable condition, with full trash cans and unsanitary floors. Considering the amount of money my daughter, Alexus, spent on this party, we expected much higher quality service and accommodations. I am requesting that this matter be addressed immediately. I would like a formal response regarding the actions your company will take to resolve this situation, including appropriate compensation for the distress and poor service we experienced.
