Mike and Dawn made the process of repairing hail damage on 24 of our fleet trucks exceptionally smooth and efficient. As a local contracting company, these vehicles are critical to our operations, transporting both our employees and the tools and materials required for daily work. All we needed to do was drop off the trucks—Precision PDR handled everything else. From coordinating with the insurance company to scheduling the most severely damaged vehicles with the body shop, their team streamlined the entire process. They completed the repairs within an impressively short timeframe, exceeding our expectations. I recently used Precision PDR and had an outstanding experience. Had a huge dent on the hood of my wife's new car from an unfortunate incident in my garage (PSA, be very careful when a bicycle is on one of those ceiling holders oops) and they did an amazing job to make the vehicle look like new again. They told us it would be a challenge but was always up for a challenge and they knocked it out of the park. I even took the vehicle to a couple body shops, and they both told me it couldn't be fixed by PDR. I am so glad I took a chance on them (as they saved me a lot of $$$) and will definitely be using them in the future if needed, and recommend everyone use them for PDR, as they are super friendly, professional and very fair prices. Precision PDR was amazing to work with from start to finish. I worked mostly with Caleb, who was always quick to respond, friendly, and happy to go above and beyond. Everyone I dealt with there was great, and my car now looks fantastic!
