a year ago5 Stars isn’t enough! My daughter became a student at 18 months, within the first two months she was already speaking Spanish! The teachers show so much love and attention to each student, keeps them busy with art projects, books, outdoor playtime and learning how to be kind to one another! As I pick my daughter up from school each day, I can see the bond and joy the classmates share for one another as they love making each other laugh and being silly. I could not ask for a better school and support system to look after my daughter. Shout out to the Administration office for keeping everything organized, orderly and just doing their best to make this a wonderful experience for the kids and parents. It really means a lot to us!

a year agoImmersion is by far the most effective mode of learning for me. After trying my first class at El Sol in Lima Perú, I looked for and found Spanish World School in Dallas. Very effective, friendly, and fun. I use spanish every day in my office. Thank you to Luis Martinez and all the teachers. Saludos maestros y gracias!!!

2 years agoI am a retired lawyer in Dallas, have been trying to learn Spanish for roughly a year and a half. I went to Antigua, Guatemala twice, to attend a Spanish-language academy. Each trip was two weeks, four hours of one-on-one tutoring a day. After the second trip, I decided to try and find a Spanish-language tutor in Dallas. I found Spanish World School for adults, 801 N. Peak Street. Since April, I have been seeing Luis, one of the school's principals, three times a week, one hour each visit, for one-on-one tutoring. I could not be happier with Luis and this school. The sessions are immersive, Spanish only. The Spanish World School workbooks are excellent. Luis is a native speaker (grew up in Oaxaca). He is patient (important, because I am not good at learning languages), very intelligent, an excellent tutor. He has a nice manner, corrects when necessary, in a way that is soft and easy. He is positive and encouraging, not critical. Luis has an engaging personality and is fun to be around. He explains things well (in Spanish), answers any and all questions about the language, culture, etc. We are making real progress, which says a lot given my lack of talent at learning languages. I cannot recommend Luis and Spanish World School enough!
