in the last weekElli was a great!!! All of recommendations hit!!! The Bison tartare was great. The table I was with has tried beef tarter at other restaurants and we were not the biggest fan of it. We gave it a shot on her recommendation and it was the one of the best dishes we had. The steak, halibut, pasta and the cocktails were all great. Elli was the best, give her bonus, a raise heck why not partner status.
