2 weeks agoToday I went there to buy few items and when we got to the checkout, this cashier lady was on the phone, first she didn’t even acknowledge us then asked us if we need a bag but I said i will take a empty box, she said you can get by yourself from the top of the shelf, i was shocked that she didn’t want to mobilize legs to get it by herself. When we paid the bill she just walked away not saying a word to us and kept herself busy on the phone which seems like her primary job . We have been regular customer to super bazaar for over 20 years and we have dealt this rude, unprofessional and arrogant lady for a while. Maybe owners if this store need to sit down with her and give her some training on how to talk to customers and teach her some manners 101.
