4 weeks agoWhat goes into being “the best” when it comes to doing RV upholstery? After seven years of “well used”, the Captain’s chairs on our 2018 Class A diesel motorcoach were starting to show wear and needed attention. We were referred to Patrick’s group by an RV friend that had their Captain’s chairs redone and they looked great. We called Patrick and sent pictures so we could get pricing and schedule for upgrading the upholstery on our Captain’s chairs. I had already contacted the OEM to get schedule and pricing for just the “skins” so I had something to compare with. We were in a bit of a hurry because we are listing the RV for sale. The OEM skins would not be delivered for six weeks and were incredibly expensive. No joy. Patrick’s price and schedule were both excellent and the work scope included coming to me to remove the chairs and replace them when finished. The promised schedule of a week to complete BOTH chairs and have them re-installed seemed on the unbelievable side and I didn’t really think it was achievable. You can’t even imagine my delight when his team showed up a day early with the chairs completed and installed them before the end of that day. One might think work that fast would be less than top quality – NOT SO. These were top notch and clearly show skilled, meticulous work. Was I concerned about all the electrical connections in those chairs? Of course. But when they re-installed the chairs, they tested every electrical connection, and everything worked perfectly. We had discussed color selection for the chairs with Patrick. He brought samples to the RV and has a keen eye for matching the inside of the RV. The colors and material came out great. The chairs are beautiful and better than new. I visited their shop to take a few pictures of the work in progress. They were very transparent and patient. Dave answered all the questions I had and showed me what was being done. I was impressed. (before, during, and after pics attached) So how do you rate a group that beats promised delivery dates, does meticulous quality work, and treats you right? Well, they only give you five stars to work with, but I would borrow another star if I could. Highly recommended.

2 months agoIf you are looking for an upholstery shop look no further you are in the right place. Patrick at Tampa Bay Upholstery Group did an awesome job replacing the T-top canvas on my boat. Super happy with how it turned out! He’s easy to work with and really knows his stuff. I’ll definitely be back soon to have him redo all the cushions on the boat too. Highly recommend
