in the last weekThe room was clean, updated, and well appointed. The staff was friendly and outgoing. Location was not centrally located but still close enough to “downtown” Salem to be convenient.

in the last weekI stayed in the circus theme room while my friends that recommended the location stayed in the goth room and I can honestly say they go all out when it comes to the themes. The rooms are immaculate, the beds comfy, well placed plugs and frankly on just about every metric from location, the area around it, and the price is perfect all around. I very much plan on making this my go to hotel for the area in the future. Only warning I would recommend is that you plan food and drink accordingly because access to the ice machine and any way of heating food is not accessible at all hours, including microwaves. So just plan around that, but they do have very nice refrigerators in the rooms so if you plan accordingly the ice machine isn't entirely concerning.

a week agoLearn from my mistakes - 1) Terrible mold and mildew smell permeated the room 2) Windows don’t block the light - one window in the room has no curtain at all by design 3) you can hear EVERYTHING outside and in neighboring rooms 4) the tub was a perfect size for soaking loved it 5) the remodel is of extremely poor quality - it’s lipstick on a pig - slap shot work done by someone in a rush, the opposite of a high end experience 6) most rooms are under construction currently but there was no noise during my single night stay 7) Don’t believe the marketing, so many better options nearby and much closer to downtown Salem.

a week agoGreat place! Renovated very nicely! Bed and pillows are super comfortable. We also loved the seating area and fire pits. About a 20 minute walk to downtown and restaurants.
