2 months agoThe Junkyard is literally the worst venue in Colorado. $80+ starting price for GA only. Its not even a real venue, its a parking lot with a pop-up stage. If you want to mosh, you WILL get hurt if you fall, its 100% blacktop. If there is a drop of rain they will cancel DURING a show, even "rain or shine" concerts. ZERO parking, only porta poties, $8 water, warm beer, ADA people get denied entry, the entrance is actually dangerous as its the only exit point if there is an emergency, and the walls are thin mental so any bass rattles the whole place. I don't understand why shows are getting booked here. I would rather see a show in a literal junkyard.

3 months agoIt's a big slab of asphalt surrounded by metal sheets. Sound caught funny. Nice food truck options but very sad beer selection (Modelo or Modelo). Long lines for the porta potties, no outside water bottles in so if you want water, you need to buy a cup for the water station. Very crowded to exit facility as well.
