in the last weekThey've lost me as a regular customer. I always came for the panko chicken sandwich, for years! Yesterday it was charred and black (spent too long in the fryer) so I sent it back. The owner came out and told me to order something else because if he made the chicken again it'd be just the same. I was incredulous. Then he said "I'm going out of business with this", implying that my sending the food back was the cause of his financial ruin. Sir, serving charred food, then arguing with the customer that it can't be made any differently, is the cause of your ruin. The dozens of times I've had this food done right attest to a different version of reality than the nonsense you tried to feed me. The waitress was very apologetic when we paid for our drinks and left. Had Indian food at Heera...very good!

3 weeks agoI usually order a sandwich and fries. This time I ordered just fries. They were the absolute WORST French fries that I have ever purchased! You could tell that they had not even bothered to wash the potato neither before or after it was cut. Tasted dirty and starchy!!!!! The sandwiches are usually really good but DON'T order the fries!!!!! I will NOT order them again.
