Attorney Kramer is a brilliant lawyer-doctor who gave me confidence in my medical malpractice case. He held the doctors accountable for their mistakes. The entire team was so nice and kept me informed every step of the way. We settled out of court for a great result.

An amazing experience with Attorney Kramer. He was brilliant in his approach and held the doctors accountable. His staff was so nice every time I called. We settled our case for an incredible amount, and I never regretted my choice to hire this brilliant lawyer.

I contacted this lawyer seeking guidance and was very disappointed. The conversation felt rushed and dismissive, with little effort made to understand the situation. I was asked a minimal question and then quickly told the matter was not worth pursuing, without any explanation of why or what criteria were being used. There was no meaningful advice, no discussion of options, and no professionalism in how the call was handled. If you are looking for thoughtful guidance or a clear explanation of your legal options, this is not the place. I would advise others not to contact this office unless you are expecting a very quick dismissal rather than actual legal counsel.

Very Disappointed with Professionalism and Communication I reached out to Mr. Bradley regarding a serious case involving two non-consented surgeries, which I believe constitute medical battery and malpractice. Before our conversation, I sent him a detailed three-page statement explaining everything. When he called me back, he was driving and sounded frustrated with traffic. From the start, his tone was unfriendly and dismissive. He repeatedly said, “I don’t care,” in a rude voice, as if we were long-time friends at a bar rather than discussing a high-potential legal case. When I tried to explain the situation calmly, he told me that as long as the doctor “didn’t do anything wrong,” it was okay—even if surgeries were performed without consent. This attitude shocked me. He also asked me to pay out-of-pocket for an orthopedic surgeon’s review, which I found surprising since he referred to himself as an MD. It was clear he hadn’t read the detailed statement I sent before calling. Finally, he said he would only take my case if someone else had already told me it was medical malpractice. I found this approach unprofessional and confusing. Attorneys should evaluate cases themselves, not rely on others’ opinions. I’ve spoken with several major law firms, and they offered free consultations—something I expected from any professional attorney. Overall, Mr. Bradley’s communication lacked courtesy and professionalism. When emailing a potential client, basic respect like starting with “Hello” and addressing them properly matters. Calling while driving and repeatedly saying “I don’t care” is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney. Look him up on yelp and you'll see how horible he is with reviews there. This guy is not who you think he is tought on his TV advertises and his Web.

I consulted with Brad regarding a medical malpractice matter after receiving a referral. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. During our consultation, he was dismissive of the case details and showed little interest in understanding the circumstances surrounding what has been a tragedy for my family. His communication style came across as unprofessional and insensitive. When dealing with potential medical malpractice, clients need an attorney who will listen carefully and treat their situation with the seriousness it deserves. I did not find that here and would not recommend his services for sensitive legal matters.
