a week agoThis is the second time i am returned a damaged item. First time my dress was ripped and the manager was nice enough to replace it! Now, i bring in a white dress only pressing that i NEVER wore. I literally took it out of the box, tried it on to see if it fits, i checked it out to make sure i keep it and brought it for press. When to pick it up it has fluorescent green stains on it!!! And they told me actually i brought it like this and the first dress too but they were nice and replaced it! I know for a fact the white dress was clean when i brought it otherwise i would’ve asked for stain removal as well no?? Anyway looking through comments i realize i am not the only person that this happened too and they were trying to lie to my face! I will never go back to this place! Edit: The stains ofc didn’t come out, apparently they made no notation if u bring only for pressing which makes no sense ( how they protect themselves against this situations)! When i asked to make an official complaint the lady manager said is nothing that i can do and left when i asked her name! I already called Tide corporate and the Better Bureau because this is unacceptable! The dress is not expensive but is sold out and i was supposed to wear it in two days for my anniversary! Is the principal of it and i don t want anyone to have this happen to them!

a week agoTerrible work. They claim to work with professionals, but it was a total disappointment. They returned my wedding dress 👰 in such an ugly state, and it was even worse when I took it back. The manager, Megan, was incredibly rude. I absolutely do not recommend them 👎. They don't know how to do a good job, and they charged $250 USD to iron the wedding dress, which they returned very wrinkled. I had a terrible experience and returned it after the first ironing, and the second time it was just as wrinkled.
