2 weeks agoThis is one of the more phenomenal hikes. You’ll find in the southwest especially near a metropolitan area. This is Tom’s thumb. You won’t be disappointed. But bring water and be ready to hike.

3 weeks agoFirst time going to the thumb. A lot of switchbacks in the beginning too heavy and a few at the end. Great day for a hike after leaving early in the morning. Quite windy at the top, which felt good. Also did a side trip to the Lookout, which is another 1.2 miles added on but worth the views!
