6 years agoOur family loves this short, elevated trail. If you like raptors or nature, you will too. The trail consists of pens with hawks and owls that can’t be released into the wild again. It’s educational it’s beautifullay built as well. Sometimes you’re there at feeding time, and you can ask questions or hear a talk about the different birds, which is great for the kids. We come here at least once a month. It also has a short trail from the Treetop Trail up to the Alabama Wildlife rehabilitation center in Oak Mountain State Park

2 years agoAlthough I visited Oak Mountain multiple times, I never made it to the Treetop Natural Trail. Along the short trail, you can witness a few rescued birds.
