in the last weekWe had a fantastic dinner experience at Walker’s Drive-In. What looks like an old school diner on the outside turns into a classy setting inside. The food was easily some of the best we’ve had in Jackson. If the secret already isn’t out it will be soon and wouldn’t be surprised if this gets a nod in the Michelin Guide. We got the BBQ oysters, chili crusted tuna salad, prime filet, and flounder stuffed with crab over top a delicious butter sauce. The only issue is that we didn’t save enough room for dessert.
