a year agoIve been here in Sac for quite a while now and been staying in shared living houses for almost 4 years, this is actually my first time moving in to an apartment. Thanks to Tina for making the process easier for me, it only took a couple of days from touring the house to signing the lease. Aside from being approachable, Tina also knows her work she is for sure there to help. What captivates me is that my unit is spacious for a 1 bedroom and theres a lot of storage compartments, outside vibe is like business center where people can go for a walk with no worries. Couldn't be happier.

a year agoI lived here for the past year and this is a cool place to live it's quiet 7 days a week Tina in the office is great laundry room is good. The only complaint I have is the maintenance man yelling out "yeee!" for the past 5 months I lived there it's really annoying i guess hes a 49ers fan but other than that it's a good place to live

a year agoI have been here for awhile and I can honestly say how much I love these apartments Tina and Curtis are absolutely amazing! Tina helps with any concern that I have with a great attitude! Curtis helps with any concerns I have in the home. They both have a great attitude and I’m glad I moved here it is a nice community!
