Parkmerced Apartments

Kit was excellent in helping me today. Truly a lifesaver

Feel like we're victim to a bait and switch at Parkmerced. We toured, signed lease, picked up keys, and then discovered our apartment did not receive any kind of turn-over cleaning. Dirty floors, dirty toilet, filthy baseboards, etc. Not a huge deal (these things happen) but when we brought this to management they couldn't care less... This kind of stuff is the worst part about falling in with bad apartment communities. If they showed a dirty unit during tours to lower expectations that might be fine - but at the moment we are living and ultimately cleaning someone else's mess. Disappointed with Brick + Timber.

Alexis in resident services provided great customer service. Abigail also helped me very much in handling an accounting issue. 5 stars to both Alexis and Abogail. Thank you for helping me with my issues

I am so glad I found Parkmerced! Finding a home in San Francisco that is fairly priced is rare, but this community offers incredible value for the city. A special thanks to Celena and Rianna in the leasing office. They were both wonderful to work with and made the entire process move along quickly and easily. They really go above and beyond to help out. The location is perfect for anyone working in the South Bay. Being right next to the 280 saves so much time on the commute, which is hard to find in other parts of SF. On top of the great location, the community is very safe and the neighbors are incredibly friendly. It has a great neighborhood feel that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Few of the customer support executives are excellent such as Franco. But apartments management is slow to respond to repairs. I had to live with leaky kitchen and living room for 3 months before I had to finally move out.
