in the last weekI’ve been a renter at Redwood Shores Riva Terra for nearly 10 years (since 2015), and I can honestly say the management and overall experience have been exemplary. I know firsthand how difficult it is to keep every resident happy, but this community consistently delivered. Service requests were almost always handled within 24 hours or less, thanks to having on-site maintenance technicians. Over the years, they addressed everything promptly—plumbing leaks, washer/dryer issues, a broken fireplace glass panel, smoke alarms, hot water heater problems, and more. Community upkeep was also well managed. Dog waste cleanup, litter control, and parking enforcement were all handled reasonably and professionally, which I truly appreciated. The grounds themselves are beautiful, featuring a community dock, shared BBQ areas, two pools, and miles of trails alongside the scenic lagoons. Overall, I’d give both the property and management a solid 9 out of 10. Angela, Alex, and the awesome Service Techs especially stood out as excellent managers during my time there—always quick to address issues and respectful when they needed to discuss things like my occasionally messy garage or a rent payment that was a couple days late. If you come in with reasonable expectations about the tenant–landlord relationship, I think you’ll be very happy signing a lease here.
