This apartment truly feels like a 5 star hotel. clean, convenient, and very well maintained But with the warmth and comfort of home. The whole place always smells fresh and inviting. The clubhouse is spacious and complete with everything you’d need for a party, from kitchenware to entertainment essentials. The yoga room is spotless and even has a mirrored screen where you can follow along with exercise videos. A special mention to the manager, Ms. Ruby! she is incredibly accommodating and warm to everyone. She makes you feel at home right away and adds such a welcoming touch to the community. Overall, this is a beautiful, modern place to live with amazing amenities and an excellent team.

This is a follow up feedback from my 2016 post. Since I moved back in 2016, my stay at The Lark has been wonderful and worry free. Time came for retirement and it was a mixed feeling. I lived at The Lark for solid 10 years and 4 months plus more than a year during my first stay before moving out. It is 1/6 of my entire life at The Lark with no issue at all and if there was any it was minor and resolved within hours or at least on the same day. This wouldn’t happen without the care and management under Ruby Ramirez and her staff. They are a perfect team! The place is immaculate, thank you Ruby, Mariah and Misael! And there are always activities every month to look forward to for the residents to unwind and enjoy and meet other residents. It’s a community. There’s a garden to plant vegetables to enjoy and share some harvest as well. You couldn’t ask for more. This is my memorable personal experience at The Lark. Visit it yourself in person and you will be amazed how the place is being well taken care of.

My husband and I lived here for 3 years and it’s hands down the best apartment complex we’ve lived in. We were drawn to the Lark from the other 5 star reviews and those reviews lived up to their claims! We are honestly so sad to move away, if it wasn’t for the location being too far from our workplaces, we definitely would have kept staying here The unit itself: we were in a 2bed2bath unit. It’s a good layout with plenty of storage, sizeable rooms and bathroom, and everything is well maintained / renovated. Despite the location of the Lark next to the highway, I could not hear ANYTHING in the unit. It’s very quiet and comfortable to live in it The complex: the facilities here are amazing! There is a very good gym, well maintained swimming pool and pool area, ping pong table and pool table, yoga room, brand new club house, package room next to the leasing office so you don’t have to worry about package theft, and a very welcoming leasing office area with snacks. There’s also a walkway around the building for furry friends or for when we need a quick breather. We also take advantage of the filtered water machines in the gym and clubhouse. All in all the amenities and facilities are amazing and Ruby always is on the look out for what other things to add to make the residents life better. The staff: Ruby is hands down the BEST property manager I’ve ever met, and the entire the Lark staff are so nice and you can clearly tell they all genuinely care about the wellbeing of the residents and the amenities. Ruby is super warm, caring, and very responsive to any issues that we have. She makes a great effort to ensure living at the Lark feels like home. They host amazing events every quarter with free food, drinks, games, and prizes. Whenever we had issues with our unit (which is rare), Misael always comes the next day to fix the issue. We’ve had such an AMAZING time here and we’re genuinely so sad that we need to move. I wish nothing but the best to Ruby and the entire team at the Lark

I lived at The Lark (formerly Park20) for seven years and really enjoyed my time here. If it weren’t for a work relocation, I would have happily stayed at The Lark much longer. The location is hard to beat — just a 5-minute walk to Nijiya Market, and close to Highway 92 with easy access to 101 and 280 for getting around the Bay Area. It’s not just an apartment; it truly feels like a community. The regular events, from seasonal celebrations to casual gatherings, made it easy to connect with neighbors and feel at home. The recently renovated Gather Lounge has plenty of outlets and is perfect for working or studying. Ruby, the manager, and the entire staff are very friendly and quick to help whenever needed. Overall, a well-managed apartment with great amenities, a welcoming atmosphere, and a location that can’t be beat.

We lived at The Lark for 3 years and had a fantastic experience. The community is friendly, peaceful, and very well maintained. They host amazing resident events - honestly some of the best in the Bay Area - which made it easy to meet people and feel connected. What really made it feel like home was Ruby, the property manager. She’s incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people living there. Any time we needed something, she was on it right away. We only moved because of a relocation to Florida - otherwise, we’d still be there. Highly recommend The Lark to anyone looking for a beautiful place with a strong sense of community and a team that truly cares.
